Bio

Francisco Ramirez is an experienced coach with over 20 years of experience.

From public sector clients to working with the United Nations, Francisco has served as a leading expert in more than 15 countries and is known for designing dynamic, human-centered learning strategies that work for diverse populations.

He holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health where he was named a Rosenfield Scholar.

He has delivered more than 300 workshops, trainings, and/or executive coaching sessions with leaders in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

His area of focus includes: leadership; holding courageous conversations; speaking up; diversity, equity and inclusion; psychological safety; and the art of decision- making.
